How long is the rental for?
The standard rental of our inflatables are 8 hours. The inflatable will be set-up and ready for the full 8 hour time. When booking online, the "start" time is the time we will have the unit set up. Typically, we arrive an hour prior to the rental to set-up, times vary depending on our schedule but if an earlier set up time is necessary, we will call a day ahead to confirm someone will be home to accept delivery.
Payment
All reservations with Blissful Party Rentals require payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card in advance of the event to secure a reservation. In the event of a cancellation, a 25% fee will be charged, however the fee will be applicable for future bookings. If weather's not cooperating on the day of your reservation, we will be happy to work with you and reschedule your reservation with no cost or penalty.
As a safety precaution, if it is actively raining or storming we will not deliver or setup the unit. Once the unit is setup, we will be unable to provide any reimbursement or refund due to bad weather. We will work with you on the day of your rental if threatening weather is present or approaching.

Delivery
Each unit will be delivered anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before your party. You will not be billed for this time. You pay for your reserved bouncer time only. Deliveries are between 7 AM and 7 PM. These times may change under certain circumstances.
PickUp
Rental unit will be picked up within 3 hours of the end of your reserved time. Let us know if an exact pick-up time is needed. Please remember that it will take approximately 30 minutes for take down and removal of unit.
Setup
It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to set up the unit, inspect for safety, check operation, and go over the contract guidelines. Most bounce houses require a minimum space of 20x20 square feet and a height of 17 feet. Most of the combos and slides require 36x18 square feet and a height of 18 feet. A household electrical outlet (and a water supply for slides) must be available within 50 feet of where unit will be placed. If no electricity is available a generator can be used with an additional rental fee.

Operating Procedures

Weather: Should rain or heavy winds arrive, you want to evacuate the unit as quickly and safely as possible. Please dry inside of unit with towels prior to resuming use.

Loss of Power
Loss of Power: The unit will slowly start to deflate when there is a loss of electrical power. It is important to stay calm should this happen. The adult supervisor should help all users safely exit the unit. Once everyone has exited the unit, check if the on/off switch has been turned off or if the blower has become unplugged. If so, plug the blower back in, turn it to the on position, and the unit will re-inflate. If you continue to have problems contact us for assistance.
Damage
If the unit becomes damaged while in operation, assist all users from the unit and deflate it. Contact us immediately. Do not attempt to continue operation of the unit. Customer will be responsible for any damage that don't result from the normal use of the unit (dog bites, cuts with knifes, SILLY STRING, etc.)
What if I do not have electricity?
Electricity is required to power the blower units. We do provide extension cords. The blowers are very efficient (about 14 cents an hour) to operate. If you do not have power available, we offer generator rentals as well.
Can you provide us a copy of your insurance?
Yes. We can provide you with a copy of our insurance along with an endorsement in the event it is for a county, school or club.
Are Moonwalks safe?
Yes. Inflatables have been designed with safety in mind. They are made from 18.5oz fire
retardant vinyl material with safety netting all around. If you follow the rules provided, our units are very safe and of course fun! All safety rules and guidelines will be provided upon delivery. All units are staked into the ground for safety. If the inflatable will be set up on concrete, we will secure the unit by placing weighted sandbags.
